The Texas native and Nashville transplant has been hard at work on his new EP Glasshouse Michael McQuaid an artist with a vast array of influences that include everyone from the Beatles to Sam Cooke moved to Nashville almost four years ago to pursue a music career. Since moving to Nashville McQuaid has been developing his artistry and his sound to deliver something special for listeners. While originally coming from a Pop/Rock background he has made the transition into the realm of R&B. Glasshouse a moody mix of heavy 808s and whirling synths combined with ambient guitars tells the story of a lover faced with the many stages of a fragile love life. After all you can’t throw stones when you’re living in a Glasshouse.
