Fotogramas was born in 2010, created by Daniel Ciboulette as a solo project when he decided to dust off some old songs that had previously only known the walls of his bedroom. Later that same year, Daniel digitally launched the first work of the band, "Instrumental EP;" five instrumental songs that blended sounds of folk indie with noisy shoegaze guitars.After receiving rave reviews of that first album and playing shows regularly in the city of Valparaiso, Chile the project took a more serious turn. Cristian Pereira (bass), Cristian Fieldhouse (guitars) and Pepe (drums) they join the project, beginning a new phase of the group as a four piece band.The band has 3 albums released; "Instrumental EP" (2010), "Otoñal" (2014) and "No me despierten" (2015) through the chilean record label "Sello Recolector". Today they are working on new songs that will be part of their fourth album.The sound of Fotogramas has achieved widespread dissemination, and various Chilean and international media outlets hailed the band as one of the most promising bands in the current Chilean Dreampop/Shoegaze musical scene.
