Comprised of an all-star cast of talented musicians with a simple goal of playing a mix of original and borrowed danceable funk and soul, A-Town GetDown wants to deliver an experience that is not typical in the Central Texas music scene. ATGD concerts are unique events where people often show up in themed costumes. Since inception in 2014, A-Town GetDown has supported Sister Sparrow and the Dirty Birds, Papa Mali, A Live One, The Motet, Good Enough for Good Times, and JJ Grey and Mofro.
