Paranoid 1966 (Alicante, SPAIN)

Born in 2000 as Victoria C. Weka Bekuku and known more by her stage name Paranoid 1966, Is a Spanish artist representing sounds from Africa and Spain within the Latin/Urban domain. She is the daughter of Guinean immigrants and raised in the humble neighborhood of “Virgen del Remedio” in Alicante, Spain. Her path into the music world started from very little, being part of the choir of the church in her hometown. The upcoming singer/songwriter has always made an impact since the beginning of her career due to her distinctive voice and look.

Paranoid 1966 started to release music via YouTube in 2018, there has been a few music landmarks on her independent career. Tracks like “Poca Suerte” has become an anthem for teens across Spain and “Niñxs Malxs” has given her international recognition over the past months.
