The story of Leoniden is one of a tight-knit group of friends with a deep passion for music that doesn’t let any outside influence change their approach of creating a unique and extraordinary sound.
The band’s foundation of enormous musicality, impressive songwriting skills, and a knack for stunning arrangements was laid and evolved in the last three to four years. In 2017 they founded their own label Two Peace Signs, released their excellent debut album Leoniden, won the New Music Award, and supported Franz Ferdinand on tour.
Apart from stunning their fast-growing audience with their impressive liveshows, they have been making their mark on big festivals, including jam-packed appearances at the Eurosonic festival and other festivals in the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Poland, Denmark, and Luxembourg.
Again, the second album of the Indie-Rock band Leoniden, is the latest proof that anything is possible when you leave all boundaries behind. The first single, Kids, is especially thrilling and as catchy and inspiring as it gets.
